Meatloaf Madness!
Monday, February 18, 2019; 6:30 - 9:00 pm

There’s no disputing the power of food to provide consolation in times of stress, and a classic meatloaf is no exception. There are very few dishes that combine tradition and innovation the way that meatloaf does. So tonight I am going to bring you three versions of this family classic for you to bring home to your family and they can decide which one is their new favorite comfort food! You’ll sample…

  • Staci's Famous Spicy Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf (this meatloaf got my hubby over his hatred of meatloaf after 23 years of marriage--now he asks for it all the time!)
  • Vegetarian Meatloaf (WHAT??? how is this possible)
  • Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Italian Night out
Wednesday, March 27, 2019; 6:30 - 9:00 pm

Italian food is one of the most popular ethnic foods in America. Italian food has influenced the way Americans eat and has been assimilated into America's culture as no other food. The interest started after WWII when returning soldiers brought with them the desire to eat the delicious foods they had been introduced to while serving in this war-torn nation. Italians focus on the importance of freshness and simplicity using seasonal ingredients of the best quality to create fabulous meals. Tonight I will prepare some of my favorites…

  • Italian Beef Spiedini
  • Aglio, Olio ed Erbe (Pasta with garlic, olive oil & herbs)
  • Cauliflower Calabrese
  • Torta di Riso (Italian rice pie)

WHERE: Pewaukee Wagner Park
FEE: $22
