The Town of Brookfield Parks & Recreation Department is searching for coaches for its Summer Baseball, Spring and Fall Soccer programs. These are instructional programs for kids between the ages of 2 – 6. Typically, two age groups for each sport/session, once per week for 5-6 weeks are run (averaging 2.5 – 3 hours per week). Summer Baseball runs June 14 – July 26 from 5 – 7 pm (August 2 make up date); and Fall Soccer runs September 9 – October 14 from 5 – 7 pm (October 21 make up date). Dates and times are subject to change.

Applicants must fill out all required form below and a brief resume highlighting any playing and/or teaching experience. Course outlines/plans are provided. All applicants must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation. These are independent contractor-type positions with no vacation or health insurance provided. Equipment is provided by the department.

Positions pay $25 per hour.

The Town of Brookfield Fire Department is currently accepting applications for the positions of Non-Firefighter/Paramedic. This is a part-time position with the potential to work up to 50 plus hours per week. Employees are able to select their work schedule. There is no deadline for application submittal.

Minimum eligibility requirements for the position of Non-Firefighter Paramedic include a State of Wisconsin Paramedic License.

The Town of Brookfield Fire Department accepts applications for the position of Firefighter/EMT on a year-round basis. Completed applications that are submitted to the Department will be kept on file and reviewed when it is determined that additional hiring is necessary.

The Town Clerk performs a variety of administrative municipal functions and shall have the powers and duties provided by Wisconsin §60.33 and such duties as may be assigned by the Town Board.

The Clerk is also responsible for the proper administration of elections, business licensing, and record keeping of the Town.

Salary: $62,400 - $83,200

The purpose of this position is to provide direct day-to-day supervision of Department of Public Works operations and employees thereby affording the Town effective and efficient operation of the department. The Public Works Supervisor will work with, be responsible to the Town Administrator, and report any problems or issues that might arise to the Administrator. Working with other Town Departments and the Town Engineer, the Supervisor will supervise the repair and maintenance of all Town public infrastructures such as roads, sidewalks, stormwater conveyance systems and all other related infrastructure. Working with the Town Engineer and Administrator, the Supervisor will oversee all new construction or extension of any pavement, buildings and all other construction of infrastructures conducted by the Town. The Supervisor will also oversee the maintenance of, and operate, as needed, all Town equipment.  The Supervisor will maintain, and keep current, all records created and received that are necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the Department of Public Works.
