Community Development Authority

The Community Development Authority (CDA) consists of seven members and is responsible for overseeing all rezonings, land divisions, conditional use grants, concept plans, and new/amended building, site or operation plans that take place within approved redevelopment district boundaries. Terms are 4-years and begin on June 1st of the appointment period.

The CDA meets as needed.

There is currently a vacant seat for this committee.
