A license is required for all Massage Establishments in the Town of Brookfield. 

Fee Schedule

Fees for Massage Establishment Licenses are as follows:

$150 Establishment License for up to 3 massage therapists.

$50 for each additional massage therapist.

Please make checks payable to the Town of Brookfield.
