* The submittal lead time may be reduced at the discretion of the Planner if no significant changes are required or made to the submittal between approvals.
The Town Planner may allow requests for concurrent approvals (i.e.. Conceptual and Preliminary, or Preliminary and Final, or Conceptual, Preliminary and Final Approval) under certain circumstances (minor additions, small scale scope, et cetera).
Plan Submittal Requirements
- Conceptual Approval – 12 folded sets including a description of the use, a conceptual site plan describing site ingress and egress (traffic impacts), and circulation on the site.
- Preliminary Approval – 13 folded sets of all civil engineering elements of the site: grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater management (if applicable).
- Final Approval – 13 folded sets including architectural, lighting and landscaping.
- Digital copy shall be provided with each new submittal package, for presentation and archival purposes.
