Waukesha County Treasurer’s office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm. Offices are closed for major holidays.

2023 UPDATE FROM THE COUNTY

The County Courthouse is undergoing a 4-year remodeling construction project. With parking restrictions, the front lobby and security area used to access the Treasurer’s Office can become congested.

The County is requesting residents utilize the following 3 alternative methods for making your tax payments.

If cash is the only form of payment, that will still be accepted in person, but again we’re strongly encouraging residents pay using the above 3 online methods.

Please note that all 2023 first installment tax payments collected by Waukesha County will be mailed a payment receipt. Mailed receipts are included in the cost that the municipalities pay the County for tax collection.
