Overview

A license is required for all Massage Establishments in the Town of Brookfield. The Town of Brookfield does not license massage therapists. The Town only licenses the business establishment. 

Any establishment found to be operating without an establishment license pursuant to Town code shall be subject to a forfeiture of $1,500 plus court cost and fees.

Fee Schedule

Fees for Massage Establishment Licenses are as follows:

$150 Establishment License for up to 3 massage therapists.

$50 for each additional massage therapist.

Renewals

Renewals in the Town of Brookfield are due annually. Massage Establishment License renewals must be on file with the Clerk at least 45 days prior to the date of expiration of the current license. When a licensed establishment fails to file renewal paperwork, this will result in a fee of $20.00 per day until the full application and fees are submitted.
