The Town of Brookfield parks are available for rent throughout the summer. Many activities including weddings, graduations, family reunions and more use the park to stage their events. Dates fill up quickly so make sure to plan your party now.  Pickleball courts are also available for rental and are included on the form below.

Reservations may be made starting January 1 of each year.

Park Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.

• Call or email the Parks & Recreation Department to check if your date is available.
• Please see RULES in this section for a synopsis of park restrictions.
• All permits must be submitted to the Parks & Recreation Department with all fees and deposits in order to reserve any dates (we cannot “hold” a date for you).

Permit forms may be completed online and emailed to the Parks & Recreation Department, or printed and delivered to:

Permit fees may be paid by check made out to the Town of Brookfield, or credit card at the Town of Brookfield Town Hall or online.  –One check may be used for the fees and for the deposit together.  Deposits will be cashed at time of application and returned one month after the event date via credit card return or town check (credit card fees are non-refundable).
